WOW what an unusual request.
However, possible:
Just talked with this company: Shasha Tours and the have 3 brand new mini busses with seatbelts for all passengers.
their website is (totally in Heb) http://www.shasha.co.il/ but call them directly at +972-3-5584044.
Make sure to INSIST on your request and that it will appear on the confirmation doc.

And now tell me how do I convert your coordinates to a place on the globe?
