K does earn - according to the table, 100% PQM but O PQS (though the PQS is odd - I've seen <100% PQM earning fares, like AC Tango, not earn a PQS, but never one that earns full PQM). Depending on how this was booked, that Swiss segment will either earn 50% RDM (if booked on non-UA stock) or revenue-based earn (if bought through UA or on 016 stock).

Yes, UA does sometimes get it wrong, particularly with PQD, though it usually is saying you won't earn any when you do. In this case, it appears to be correct with respect to PQMs earned in your situation.
