I find the TK seats to be comparable in comfort to the LX seats in C on the A330 and A340. Note that on SIN-ZRH-SFO you could end up on the new LX B777 (depends on your travel date) which has what looks like a superior seat.
LX catering hasn't much changed in the last 3 years so you know what to expect.
TK catering (including wines & champagne) is much better than LX but I find their crews to be much worse - chaotic, minimalist, not really caring. And the IST hub experience oscillates between a great but very busy lounge and a nightmare-ish airport packed to the gills, whereas ZRH is its usual serene self. TK on-time performance is << LX.
