I double checked my confirmed IHG reservation, and rate details:
4 adults on booking. No additional person charge in the details.

I expect the hotel to honour this without additional costs.
Or am I being unreasonable?

How else can a guest be expected to know if there is sufficient bedding in the room? It is a huge suite, and only one of the room types which allows 4 adults.
