I flew Air Lingus (operated by Stobart Air) in R Class from Dublin to Bristol a month ago. When checking in online at the Aer Lingus website, I added my BAEC number. The guidance on the BA page suggest Air Lingus class R gets 25% of miles flown, minimum 300. However no miles (not even a zero miles credit) has appeared on my BAEC account. Should I do the fax-the-local-office rigamorole? Thank you!
