I assume that, if you collect luggage and go landside, there's a minimum conformance time for getting back through security at T5?
On a forthcoming trip I too need to do the T3 > T5 transfer to finish off an ex-EU and I'd ideally like to collect a checked bag and drop it in left luggage before flying to DUS and back. But I only have 1 hr 45 mins to do the transfer assuming my inbound flight is on time. I can travel HBO so no big issue; will just limit my gift buying.
