Upon Switzerland entering the Schengen area, the separation of a Swiss and a French terminal became obsolete. Now it servers three countries with Freiburg located in Germany.
The separation is _not_ obsolete, given that there's no customs union between EU and CH. There is still a border crossing within the airport (they just don't check IDs, but that doesn't mean the border has disappeared), there are still separate terminals.
