They may refund the difference between round-trip and one-way. For some airlines, there is a built-in penalty already. I don't know if that is the case for this fare.
It's not easy to know, is it?
So basically, if one wants a refund after flying the outbound, the possibility that there would be any $$ left over after subtracting the One Way fare from a Round Trip is rather low.
