I would suggest you wait till the new routing's points to be credited, and afterwards if you think you would have gotten more with your original routing, then email MPO the missing mileage form with your e-ticket. I've done that a few times by citing http://www.asiamiles.com/am/en/site/...DropDownList#6 and have been successful.
