I agree (sans the great upgrade in Milan). I'm not a fan of the PH Zurich. I like how I can walk to the cathedral, to the Opera Museum, and to the Hop On Hop Off bus in Milan. I also love the cafe where I can sit on the sidewalk, watching the fashionable Milanese go by. But there is far more to do in Paris than Milan, so that is a consideration.
