The airport staff recognised that it was an eticket but did want to see the printed out eticket details - obviously it would be close to impossible to actually see an electronic ticxket

such requirements are the exception and printing off a few pages in these cases seems pretty minor. Even if BA provided the information in a pdf form , I do not see that it would make any difference - would just be a 10 page pdf file instead
