but if she pays $150 to change the ticket, why not change to the flights she wants??? Or... are you trying to change to less than ideal flights because they're available in the same booking class, while then trying to "stand-by" for the actual flights she wants....

Now.... has the outbound leg been flown? or is this a one-way ticket???
