Thanks for sharing Filthy Monkey, I love rare steak and although the ones I've had have been more well done than I like, I wouldn't class them as inedible (25 years in the military, remember, BA have nothing on the MoD contract caterers when it comes to inedible...)

Sadly I know that I'm too shy to ask the CC to do something to order for me, though if someone were to walk through the cabin saying "Hands up if you want your steak rare" I'm in!
