I have never flown China Southern before, and while looking for an upcoming trip, I saw a reasonable business class fare, a combination of J and I class. The fare rules for Changes and Refund say the following:

Rebooking Fee(Before / After Departure)
Per Change
Outbound: Free
Inbound: Free

Refund Fee (Before / After Departure)
Outbound: Free
Inbound: Free

Free changes and cancellation, even after flying the outbound??!(Refund=Cancellation?) In this day and age of air travel? Is it a case of "if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't"?
