The AF j seat is awesome. So AF may not be the best right now, but they seem to get it that to win in premium they need to be just that.
I think people need to be clear, unless you own BA, then BA is welcome to turn into an industry trailing trash bucket like United was, tesco or ratners - neither of those did their shareholders any favours either. At least AF, Lufthansa, Swiss, and even klm are trying - and see more of my wallet.
I predict in 3 years cruz is gone (if the iag shares behave like United or Ratners) and there ll be desperate (but too late) attempts from new ceo to re-engage lost customers.
