Excellent work Filthy. Always more of a star than a diva! (For the benefit of those who haven't met him: FM does have the ability to weave his charm around everyone).

I suspect the best bet is to ask that it be cooked after the main course has been distributed, it then gets a bit less frantic. That would mean a late meal. The worst time would be after the coffee / end of service, since the crew will probably have been running around for 3 hours solid and could do with a rest. But it would be interesting to hear what our cabin crew contributors think.
