There may be a breakdown in communications here but several people have asked you why don't you just set your printer to print the pdf pages you actually need. So if they send you a 10 page email and only pages 2 and 3 are relevant then why not just print those off? That way nothing is wasted.

I do agree conceptually that a simple pdf would work (for EK I normally get a 1/2 page eticket and a longer 'conditions of carriage' document), however you can effectively do this yourself and I am sure with all the systems issues BA have these days it isn't a top priority.
