I think it was a $250 cleaning (?) fee, and it looked exactly like a non-smoking policy confirmation form. But this was a number of years ago. Don't know if they are still enforcing, maybe they retired the sniffer dogs. Recent reviews on Tripadvisor fail to mention anything about it.
