Perhaps you're not aware that Kayenta is part of the Navajo Nation, a jurisdiction in which the sale, possession, and consumption of alcohol are illegal. The ban is quite the opposite of "completely unenforceable". Not only would the hotel be completely within its rights to kick you out for violating the T&Cs of your contract, but furthermore as you'd also be violating criminal law you could be subject to arrest and prosecution.
