Nice review of the Hilton Moscow. We stayed there about 6 weeks ago and would concur with your description of the hotel's beauty, food, friendly staff, and convenient location. Being expats living in Russia, about 1,000 miles east of Moscow, we enjoy frequent visits to the city (usually staying closer to the city center). The weather was nice during our last stay, so we found the 2 to 3k distance to Red Square was a pleasant walk from the hotel, but will be glad the metro is so close to take the train to the city center for our next visit when the weather could be too hot, and when the cold weather arrives.
