Which feature (or lack thereof) annoys you the most about current seats?

What would be the key features of a seat designed by you?

If you can, please focus on Business Class seating.

Your input would be really, really valuable to me.
Thank you in advance for your help

All the best,

Business Class seats on some airlines are too narrow. Even though they lay flat if I try to sleep on my back my shoulders don't fit.

Some airlines only half the seats have direct aisle access so you're stepping over someone. And if that person is fully reclined to a bed it's very awkward getting past them.
