I've seen them use an almost-identical table in AMS. You want to look at the bottom half, as those are DL fare classes...I think the ones on the top half are KLM.
It's interesting that it costs more to upgrade from V class than E or X. It's furthermore surprising that you can upgrade at all from an E class DL ticket.
