on the Hilton Diamond front, i thought everyone had that by now!
Hilton friends with real status are telling me the lounges are like theme parks these days, it does take its toll on existing members, when they flood the Program.
I find that on my rare forays into Hilton but mainly this isn't the world and his wife having status it is aggressive sale of lounge inclusive rooms to those determined to get their money's worth.
