That side, I'm highly skeptical it'll be worthwhile. The internet service, even on Enhanced that you get free at Gold, P, or PP, is almost universally atrocious. And even worse at the hotels that give away Internet for free to everyone. It's pathetic, really. It's 2016 and they can't figure out how to get a good enough pipe of bandwidth to deliver real, business-class connectivity.

I really don't see how they're going to handle so many people using Netflix, Hulu, and Pandora through their own networks. I know many do it already anyway using the Internet service from their laptops, but I can see demand going up quite a bit with the ability to now do it through your hotel TV. They're going to need a serious, massive performance boost.
I travel with my ROKU all the time and it usually works just fine with the enhanced WiFi or even the normal that you get it lower end properties. The biggest issue is still some hotels lock you out of the TV or place it in such a way that you cannot get to the ports. The external port adapters that they used to have are gone from most properties that I visit.
