I used the lounge last Saturday for breakfast while staying at the hotel. You show your priority pass card at the guest services desk. They give you a hotel key card with access to the lounge for up to 5 hours, and you also get spa access. There's no need to show a boarding pass. The shower area in the spa looks decent, though I had a room so didn't need to use the spa shower. The lounge was empty (at most five people in there). The food spread was a selection of food found in the vivre breakfast buffet (same quality, but maybe 10% of the choices). Really a great option for post-2pm arrivals after the arrivals lounge has closed.
