OZ First Class offers French champagne and it's quieter than the Business Class Lounge. Plus the FC bathroom doesn't smell of mothballs/strong cleaner.

As stated by others, the Main Terminal FC Lounge is very nice. The Satellite FC Lounge (same area as the SFO departures) is nice but not great. Better than UC lounges IMO.
