I'm never using it again.

The first time I used it I made the mistake of entering my destination (YVR).

The app then proceeded to dispatch a car from YVR that drove all the way to my house to get me, then back to YVR. I get why it happened - That way the guy is back where he does pickups, but I waited 20 minutes at 5am, instead of the usual five.

The second time I made a booking that was 'accepted by Car Y187.' When he never showed up, I called and they dispatched another car. Three months later and that booking still shows in the app as 'open.' Apparently the app still thinks I'm sitting on my front porch waiting for Car Y187,
