You missed the point!

My FT family seems to completely miss my point. The gall of BA to not deliver a service that I paid for, to take no responsibility for it, to make contacting customer service next to impossible and then to make me apply for a refund and wait 45 days for said undelivered service! By the way, yes Silvers can and do pay for Exit Row Seating 14 days out!
