I'm transferring at Shinagawa and depending on the train I take I will have 12 or 14 minutes to make the transfer with luggage.

Does anyone know if there is something available on the platform in Shinagawa or more info about Narita's options?
Not much at Narita Airport station. There should be Bento available at Shinagawa station. Transferring from Narita Express to Shinkansen at Tokyo station requires more time since Narita Express arrive and depart from underground platform located at equivalent of 5 floor underground. This may not be ideal when you have luggage.

However, at Tokyo station there is Bento shop which sells Eki Ben (Bento sold at train stations) from all over from Japan. In terms of selection Tokyo station will be best. Intentionally make 30 min. transfer time at Tokyo station and shop for Bento at Tokyo station will be ideal when it comes to buying Bento for your Shinkansen ride. Now I am hungry.

P.S.
Found the website, Ekiben shop at Tokyo station is called Ekiben Matsuri located inside after ticket gate at Tokyo station. Sells approximately 170 different Ekiben all over from Japan.
