EIN-MAN on FR doesn't run on that day.
I don't know what FR charge for bags, but the one way fare was £15. Would have thought that would offset a lot of the taxi fare on the basis you can fly back to EIN at the end of your trip (or go the previous evening and find a hotel?)

Or there was a FlyBe DUS-MAN flight mid-afternoon. Admittedly I have no idea what the transport situation will be on the day, but as you have pointed out there are inherent risks with the approach you have taken.
