I'd get rid of the moderators, one of which saw fit to merge a thread of mine in coupon connection with another that was years old, claiming they were related. It made people assume my deal had already been completed.
Ridiculous and stupid. And he was incredibly rude about it.
Moderators should only be to get rid of spam and abuse.
