Are you connecting at ICN to an onward flight? You won't be able to access any lounges unless you're connecting onward.
And you can't reasonably access the SQ lounge unless you're departing from one of the concourse gates. If you have a main terminal departure, forget the SQ lounge. Which is only open limited hours in any event.
IMO, nothing "amazing" about any SQ J lounge I've been in anywhere in the world. CX and TK are both better. Heck, I generally prefer the LH Sen lounges.
