Even with today's current security, an hour ought to be plenty to get from the NW to Alaska areas. You do, as of now, have to go through security, unless, you use this little shuttle thing, but it only runs when the tram doesn't run, and even then, not sure if it will do what you want. But...something to keep in mind, by November, the construction should be done on the trams, restoring them to thier previous state. And I think at that point you should be able to do what you want w/o going back through security. See, right now, Sea-Tac has a lot of construction so, things are kinda odd in some places.
