Pretty sure there are no snacks for purchase on the BOS-IAD and vice versa flights. If you are up in F class, in the AM they have scones or muffins and in the PM it's the snack basket. Back in Y you're out of luck - just beverage service.

Both Dulles and Boston have plenty of good food/coffee options.
