Why is BA's IROP handling so bad
BA9 delayed for 3 hrs today. Here with my 2 daughter flying WT so no lounge access. They announce at the gate the delay and refreshment vouchers are available...... At customer service by Gate A10.
So people troop off there and end up coming back an hour later with the vouchers moaning about the long queue and how some people took ages to sort out. (I'm just sat in the bat by A18 watching the world go by)
In comparison, flew want as from Sydney to BKk a few weeks ago, similar scenario and vouchers were handed put at the gate quickly and efficiently.
