From the other thread it didnt seem like that issue. Some agents Ive met are absolutely clueless.

Earlier this month at JFK F check in - I asked the agent to confirm if my On Business number is on the record. She ridiculed me and said you have your AA number. I tried to educate her and her colleague but they kept making fun - at one point saying they have been with BA for 35 years and never heard of On Business. You can only have one number!
We ft'ers know there are different fields to credit/and for status)
