From my much younger days I can tell you that anything more than a few people and hence in danger of security coming because you are too loud (and its easy to get loud above a certain number) do not be surprise if they start citing regulations and that you did not buy the alcohol on premise and they pull it from you. If you just order a bunch of booze from room service, security is much more polite in telling to you to shut up.
