As this is an international journey, you have to go to https://www.nsinternational.nl/en/home-1 to price a through ticket

If you can be bothered, it is cheaper to buy a Netherlands domestic ticket (http://ns.nl) to Roosendaal and then a Belgian rail ticket from there (http://www.belgianrail.be/) - you can buy these online or at the station (NS machines take coins, or card for 50c extra, and Belgian rail has a card-only machine at Roosendaal)

GVB is for Amsterdam and surrounds only.

Thank you. yes, typo and meant Amsterdam.

SO you suggest:
1. Amsterdam --> Roosendaal
2. Roosendal ---> Antwerp

How much do you think the rail first and second class would be for a single adult? And is it cheaper to buy a return at same time since I will go back to AMsterdam 6 days later.

Tried to book: Amsterdam (Central) to Roosendaal but web site seem to give me errors. When I tried to book Roosendall to ANtwerp claims NO availability for 1st or 2nd class AUg 21, 22 or 27.
