I think you have called it spot on with this. Lounge and breakfast along the street or up to £20 a head here just for breakfast doesn't exactly require the brain of Britain to work out which is the better option when it comes to value. The arrival of the Carlton has the potential to cause some serious damage here.
And if you really want a castle view there is always the DT just up the street.
I've often wondered if this property will go the way of Syon Park and end up a standard Hilton again.
