How many miles did she accrue during her rental? Is it possible to claim based on miles driven that it would have been impossible for the car to have been all of the places that Platepass charged her for? Maybe her bank would listen to this type of argument and reconsider.
^ This was my thought exactly. Instead of arguing she didn't drive to NJ which they have no proof of, this would prove that she couldn't have done it and would force them to look into it further.
