I think that a lack of water for Diamonds in UK properties is appalling. I think it is an essential and to take it away seems to lower the tone of the programme. It is such a basic necessity - tap water can be warm, and taste yucky as in the Doubletree London West End!
I agree with the others on breakfast continuity and upgrades for Diamonds. As an IHG Spire I always got an upgrade, but having moved to Hilton I have rarely got an upgrade in the UK - outside of the UK yes I have so that is OK.
In fact - to me the programme needs shaking up in the UK as there seems to be a lack of respect for top tier members in a lot of the UK hotels!
