I think the only reason I remember anything about that lounge is because there was an A list celebrity there at the time. Edward Norton was holding court amongst a bunch of hollywood people talking about god knows cause. But when we finally boarded the KQ flight to NBO all of them including the star went to the back of the plane while I sat in my usual 1A!
