The TK flight appears to be just thrice-weekly, and the SA flight is operated by SA Airlink, which isn't *A and isn't a UA partner. I wouldn't expect to be able to book that flight with miles (although anyone with experience, feel free to correct me. :-). I would concentrate on getting to southern or eastern Africa and then purchasing a ticket from there -- just make sure to give yourself enough time to recover from IRROPS.
