I was a bit surprised to see the quote about first class going away. I get that it's their strategy, but not really sure why they "announce" it in a quote. Wonder if he wasn't supposed to say it. I also didn't realize that there was a business travel convention here in Denver.
They've made the first class phase out comment before, so no slip there.
Instead of 'announcing' they're phasing out first class, they announced Polaris.
