Flew yesterday on BA93, and in hindsight I really should have asked the chaps name but the guy who was on the UD (there was a lady working too but I had less interaction) gave your classic BA experience, and precisely why I return. Been with BA for 20 years, incredibly helpful and we had a good whinge about the 'enhancements' (incidentally, flowers are returning to F!) and just a genuinely nice guy.

If I submit a golden ticket, will the flight number and 'the guy from the UD' work? What if they had switched roles on the plane and he was meant to have been elsewhere and someone else gets the credit?
