Two hours I would say is very tight. Especially as it normally takes over an hour from landing to getting to the arrivals halls if you land at the Midfield Concourse (Gates 2XX), as HK Airlines and most LCCs do.
And that's tight if you land on time, which isn't guaranteed.
No I'm not flying to HKG on a LCC. My connecting flight is on AA anyways so that is the airline I need to my baggage to be re-check by.
Just need to confirm if I can go to transit counter so that they can re-check bags instead of having to go through customs only to collect my bags and re-check them.
