Hotel Staff Walks In Without Knocking

Just want to check if I'm being too sensitive here. I travel a lot for work and stay at SPG hotels 100+ times a year. Today I went to check in at my hotel around 7:30 pm and they told me my room wasn't available. I thought that was strange given the time but the guy behind the front desk gave me a coupon for a free beer at the bar next door where I was going to go grab dinner anyways so I thought, whatever.

I finished eating a hour later and my room was ready. Went up and settled in. A little while later I'm in the restroom and hear a loud, door opening sound. I've stayed at this hotel before though and know that sometimes a neighbor's door opening can sound like my own. So whatever.

Door opens loudly again. This time I swing the door slightly open and see a hotel staff member who is staring at me sitting on the toilet. He apparently has to change the pillow covers. Keep in mind this just happened so it is around 9 pm now and he never bothered to knock. He asks if he can go ahead and change them and I ask him politely to please come back later. He comes back five minutes, knocking, and asking from the hallway if I'm done yet. I let him in and he changes the pillow covers...after he leaves I use my door lock...as I will for the rest of the weeks I have to stay here.

Am I wrong in being fairly upset about this? I'm not above laughing at myself but someone entering my room without knocking is not something I particularly care for. It has never happened to me before. And I also don't understand how, after a hour plus of waiting in the evening, my room still wasn't fully ready upon me checking in.

I don't complain often but I feel like this warrants a complaint...
