Assuming that the jnb-nbo leg is operated by KQ, you can go to the Bidvest Lounge.
At Nairobi you have virtually access to 3 lounges (incl. 2 at newly built T1A)

There are KQ lounges at NBO and KGL and you can use the AF/KL lounge at JNB. Don't know about DUR. The KGL lounge is rather tiny and spartan. If recall correctly there's no alcohol there.
AF/KLM lounge is indefinitely closed, apparently pax are sent to the Slow lounge (will confirm this next month after AF995 JNB-CDG flight).
At Kigali Airport, bottles of beer are in the self service area whereas BIB Drostdy Hof wines (first glass free) and spirits (from usd5 IIRC) must be ordered at the staffed bar.
