Many thanks to NewbieRunner for making my decision of whether or not to get out of the airport on a 5 hours connection much easier. Since I will be arriving at a B gate, I have to go through security anyway, therefore I will pay a visit to Mainz and also visit the landside lounge in terminal 1.
