Alcohol polices are generally state-driven in the US, and could be state or country driven elsewhere. There's no world-wide policy.

That said, don't bring in kegs, and if your coolers require hand trucks, you're bringing in too much.

If you bring a small cooler or put your bottles in a suitcase, no one will care.
